यहाँ पद्मावती की आसाधारण भव्य प्रतिमा है जो सभी कष्ट का निवारण करने वाली और शांति प्रदान करने वाली है। इसके दीवारों पर मां पद्मावती के आकर्षण पट्ट लगे हुये हैं। विशिष्ट आराधना से आनंद की वृष्टि होती है।

This temple houses the "Mother Universal" Maa-Padmavati, who escorts the Lord. It is on the-left side pedestal of the main shrine, She bestows motherly love to all the worshippers and forgives the erring souls. The idol of Padmavati is encircled with idols of Goddess Chakreshwari, Ambika, Saraswati, Lakshmi and Kali. This Temple attracts one and all & also those who are dedicated to SHAKTI-PUJAN the spirit and power together.

In Shri Uwassanggahram Parshwa Tirth Rajrajeshwar Maa Bhagwati, Shri Padmavati Devi temple base was kept by Shri Keshrichand Kothari under guidance of Parmpujya Acharya Dev Shri Varisen Suriswarji Maasa with the great pleasure Shravika Jatanban Fatehchand of Mumbai M.Ranavat (Vijova Raj) and Shravika Kamlaban Vimalchand Bhandari taken part in construction. Sresth aradhak of Khivandi (Raj.) Shri Saramal Lachiramji of Mumbai gifted the Divya Pratima of Padmavati Devi whose Pratistha was done with great pleasure by Bhakt Shri Meenaban Siddharth Bhai Jhavaris son Jinashban of Mumbai under guidance of Parm Pujya Acharya dev Shri Rajyasuriswarji ma.Sa and got the great blessings. In this temple Mandap Gokhla and Bhari of Shri Chakreswari Devi idol was done by Shri Harshad Bhai Seth family of Raipur and Shri Jitandra Bhai,Poonamchand Doshi family of Mumbai.

Shri Hukumchandji, Manikchandji Sanghvi of Bijapur shri Ambikadevi idol Shri Ratanchand Sanghvi, Shri Laxmidevi idol, ShriHukumchandji Sandhvi of Bijapur and Shri Santosh Yadav Rasmada, Shri Sarswa devi idol, Shri Kushal Kumar Ajay Shah of Ahembdabad has done the Pratistha and got the blessings. It is been inscribed. When Parm Pujya Pratisthacharya Bhaghwant Shri Rajyash Surishwarji Maasa enterd the tirth from that day in the Sanidhyata Prabhvika Bane maa sa daily the Puja Archana Japtap of Shri Parshwa Padmavati is done. In the tirth Histrica Pratistha Shubh Muharat is Maa Bhagwati’s blessing and pleasure.

In the sequence of Construction Shri Amaschand Duggar of Dhamtari gave the bricks and Shri Surajmal Poonamchand Daga of Raipur gave the name of entrance gate.
